OUR STORY

All-In Advisors was founded by Frank Luciano, CPA, after years of watching a new kind of business owner get left behind by traditional accounting. Content creators, agencies, and online entrepreneurs were building real businesses on brand deals, ad revenue, and digital products, yet their accountants still treated them like a puzzle to solve once a year at tax time. Frank's take was simple: these businesses needed year-round accounting from people who understood where the money actually came from.

Together with Paul Trupia, COO and Managing Partner, Frank built All-In Advisors to be the all-inclusive answer: bookkeeping, taxes, payroll, and financial planning under one roof, handled by a licensed team that never outsources the work. Today AIA serves creators and modern businesses in all 50 states from offices in Delray Beach, New York, and Los Angeles. Every client still gets what the very first clients got: a team that knows their name, their numbers, and their goals.
